Note: Packet pickup and the start/finish line has moved! We are still in the Walker City Park but are now at the "upper" or "west" picnic pavilion. Due to road construction in Walker, we have new courses. These courses are not yet USATF certified.

Join us Monday July 4, 2016 at Walker City Beach!    5K & 10K Start is 8:15 AM.

Kick-Off your 4th of July lakeside in downtown Walker. All proceeds benefit the Walker Area Community Center and Walker Youth Hockey. You'll receive a finisher's medal and commemorative running shirt.

* Online registration is $40 total including the online registration fee.
* Special online registration for children ages 12 and under is $20 including the registration fee.
     - Children will receive a finisher's medal but will not receive a commemorative shirt.
* Onsite registration on July 3rd is $45.
* Onsite registration on July 4th is $50.
* Race shirts given by order registrations are received.

Starting and finishing lakeside in the picturesque Walker City Park, this event is just one of many “Old Fashioned” 4th of July festival activities in scenic Walker MN. Join the 4th of July fun in Walker MN by starting your festival with an invigorating 5 or 10k Walk/Run.  For serious runners the event offers chip timing and a fast, flat course.
