Protected Boat Slips

Shores all-weather harbor has 118 boat slips, 35 of these are covered.  All slips include electricity and water at the dock.  Slip fee also includes use of ramp, pump-out and gyn pole.  Although most slips are rented on a seasonal basis, Shores tries to accommodate transient boaters looking for short-term, protected mooring.

Shores allows seasonal customers to sell their RV or boat on-site / dock.   A listing of RVs and boats for sale at Shores is on the For Sale at Shores page.

Boat & RV Services

Shores Shrink-wraps boats, provides outdoor storage and arranges for winterization.  Shores does not do maintenance work on boats or RVs - see the Resources and Links page on this website.

Minimum charge to have a boat on Shores grounds is $15/night.   A dock will be assigned.   Exceptions made for seasonal renters.

Summer storage of boats is $15 per night.
Ramp fee - $7 each way, waived with dock rental.
Marine pump-out, self service only - $10.  Free to guests.
Gyn pole (for stepping masts), self service only - $20.  Free to guests.
Summer trailer or cradle storage - $25.  $100 if 16' boat or longer is on the trailer.
Winter Storage (10/11) - $10/ft., $3/ft. for seasonal guests and shrink wrapped boats.
Shrinkwrapping - $12/ft. for < 24' boat, $15/ft. for > 24' or mast up or bridge.
Fishing boat rental - 16' Crestliner, 40HP Yamaha, ped seats, graph, livewell - $35/hr, $125/day
For seasonal guests, Shores will try always to accommodate any short-term camping requests for family or friends.  For others, Shores accepts advanced reservations of 3 nights or more for camping and boat slips. - Reservations cancelled within 14 days of scheduled arrival will incur two-nights charges for the units reserved. - Upon arrival, you will be charged campsite and dock fees for the period you reserved. - Additional tents, or vehicles people sleep in, will incur a campsite charge. - Reservations for 15 days or more cannot be modified and require 1/2 payment at time of reservation. - Please be sure your pet is on a leash at all times. Pick up after your dog and do not allow it to bark. - Camp and the harbor is quiet from 11pm to 7am - Check-in is 2:30pm. Check out is 1pm. - Please do not allow your children to play in the shower houses or kitchen. - Before you enter the harbor from the lake, scan the harbor for moving masts. - Fireworks (except sparklers) are not allowed.
