2000 25' Com-Pac Yacht
For
sale immediately due to health issues. Excellent condition
with no important or disfiguring damage. Our original cost
was considerably more than $50,000 after adding some
optional equipment, but we are only asking $25,000.
8½ foot beam and draws just 2½ feet of water. Large winches
are self tailing and located well. The boat points
reasonably well into the wind, tolerates heavy air extremely
well. It’s a FUN boat to sail! Major features:
- Includes a Performance brand trailer, worth more than
$5,000.
- Interior and exterior have an amazing amount of beautiful
teak, rosewood, and solid brass fittings. This is truly a
gorgeous boat.
- Dual marine batteries with dual battery charger.
- Mail and 135% Genoa with bags, along with main sail cover.
- Harken roller furling jib has just been refitted with the
newer form of furling base.
- Galvanize plough anchor, 26 pounds with 6’ chain and 100’
rode.
- Marine head and holding tank.
- Bulkhead mounted compass, along with multi-instrument LED
showing depth, speed, and other features.
- VHF marine radio.
- Stereo system with custom solid oak speakers.
- Pressurized water system with electric water heater.
- Alcohol stove.
- Electric start Taihatsu outboard (runs great)!
- New lifelines around entire boat.
- 30-amp electric shore cord.
The list of known defects include a scraped roller on the
trailer (not serious), a broken wire for the port cabin
lights (we will fix this in the spring), and there might be
a slight (very slight) leak somewhere near the hatch. The
outside teak needs to be re-oiled. As far as we know, there
are no other problems.
